Are you a structured logistics professional who thrives in a dynamic construction environment and keeps the strings in hand even under pressure? We are looking for a responsible, proactive and practical site Materials Manager for our construction site. Installery specializes in industrial project, maintenance and inspection services. We are known for quality workmanship, strong professional expertise and customer-oriented approach. Our clients include operators in critical infrastructure, renewable energy, food industry, industrial cleaning and high-tech sectors. You will have the opportunity to work in interesting environments and leave your mark alongside industry experts. What does the job involve? As Materials Manager you are central to enabling smooth site operations. You are responsible for ensuring materials and supplies are in the right place at the right time, on-site logistics run efficiently and material flows stay under control. You will work closely with various site actors to ensure daily work proceeds as planned. You will handle receiving incoming goods and materials, inspecting deliveries and reporting potential transport damages. You will take care of unloading, loading and moving with a forklift and reach truck, and keep on-site storage areas and materials well organized. In addition you support contractors with material logistics needs, handle small purchases and coordinate waste management with partners. Your remit also includes maintaining overall site order, cleanliness and safety. This is a fixed-term position with an estimated duration of about 2–3 months. What do we expect from you? You have prior experience in on-site logistics, warehouse management or similar roles in a construction or industrial environment. You can operate a forklift safely and confidently and you hold a valid B-class driving licence for small purchases and pickups. You work proactively and practically and you act quickly when needs or problems arise. You deliver service-minded and flexible collaboration with other site contractors and stakeholders. You can work independently and make decisions quickly in changing situations. In addition, you speak Finnish and English well enough to communicate smoothly on an international site. Why Installery?
