We are seeking a ServiceNow AI & Automation Lead to guide the adoption and implementation of AI and automation across our ServiceNow platform. The role involves engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, identifying opportunities to leverage automation and AI, and designing practical solutions. You will work with a team to build services and processes that do not yet exist, and help turn AI into a real competitive advantage. You should have solid practical experience with AI, language models, and AI agents, and be able to make decisions and rally others around them.
