Hullu Poro Oy is looking for a passionate and skilled cook for Levi to join our cheerful kitchen team and create memorable taste experiences for our customers in the heart of Lapland. We seek a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen, masters the routines of a professional kitchen, and wants to grow together with the team. Responsibilities include cooking for à la carte and order-based kitchens, presenting and finishing dishes, receiving and inspecting ingredients, minimizing waste, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety, following and developing recipes under the kitchen manager, handling tools and equipment, and ensuring efficient operations. Requirements include professional cooking experience or similar kitchen roles, good understanding of hygiene and food safety requirements (hygiene certificates are a merit), ability to work under pressure, creative approach to dish preparation and development, good teamwork and communication skills, positive and responsible attitude, Finnish language proficiency for work, and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and seasonal work.
