Arnolds is Finland’s first American-style bakery coffee chain. The chain has around thirty locations and Arnolds is known for high-quality products and excellent service. Our cafés are in busy shopping centers and led by independent franchisees. We are seeking friendly, customer-service minded staff for Arnolds Jumbo who can help create a positive customer experience. The café operates from morning to evening and includes weekends. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Hygienic passport is mandatory. Comprehensive training will cover customer service & cash handling, product pre-preparation and making specialty coffees, cleaning and upkeep, unloading deliveries, and other café tasks.
