Director - Business Development

The Director, Business Development for AI Media and Entertainment GTM is responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of Nebius’s most strategic relationships within the M&E vertical. This role focuses on expanding the commercial infrastructure that scales partnerships, managing technology partners and key accounts, and developing ISV relationships. The position is relationship-led and operationally rigorous, with leverage across the M&E partner ecosystem. You will work alongside the GM and Technical Director of M&E; you will own the business case, manage partner cadence, and drive commercial outcomes. The role is remote-enabled from the United States (NYC, SFO, or Austin preferred). Responsibilities include: partner & account relationship management across strategic technology partners and named accounts within M&E; partner ecosystem development; commercial strategy & use-case framing; operational rigor & process design; co-marketing & ecosystem presence; GTM enablement. We expect 8+ years of professional experience with deep background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar analytical environments; proven track record in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships; experience in technology partnerships or channel ecosystems; entrepreneurial drive; strong communication and executive presence; ability to operate in high-growth or early-stage environments. Added bonuses include experience in media & entertainment, AI, cloud platforms, or prior domain specialist roles within a cloud company. We offer a base compensation range of $200,000 – $245,000 USD annually, with actual compensation determined by experience and location.
