Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a part-time (78.43%) healthcare assistant for the Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Wellbeing Allied Region) with placement at Pixne-klinikka in Maalahd. Pixne-klinikka provides institution-based rehabilitation under social work decisions or via a payment obligation for individuals with dependencies or addiction. The work as a healthcare assistant at Pixne-klinikan is varied and versatile. Success in the role requires flexibility, good communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The rehabilitation program is structured and implemented using group-therapy methods and individual guidance. The unit is Swedish-speaking, but we value Finnish language skills. The job is challenging and requires previous work experience and an interest in rehabilitation and/or addiction care. We value a positive attitude and good cooperation skills. Sufficient spoken and written proficiency in Swedish. The unit is Swedish-speaking. Those with a Lähihoitajan degree are required to register with both Valvira professional registers, Terhikki and Suosikki. The selected candidate must have valid vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act. A probationary period applies.
