StaffMill Oy is seeking a skilled and proactive snow plow driver for Turku to help with winter maintenance on highway sections. The role involves operating a truck equipped with a side plow to clear snow during the winter season. Requirements include handling heavy equipment and plow attachments, strong winter driving and slipping control, basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment, independent work style with responsibility and safety focus, flexibility and readiness for emergencies, and Finnish language skills. A valid C-driver's license and up-to-date safety and first-aid certificates are required (certificates can be updated with our assistance). The position is temporary for 4 months (January end) with possible extension, part-time schedule (0–37.5 h/week) depending on snow conditions. Location: Turku.
