Would you like to play a key role in shaping how Nordea delivers banking services into corporate and partner platforms? We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to define and drive business and technology solutions within the Embedded Banking Service Domain. At Nordea, we are transforming our integration capabilities to support scalable, real-time and API-driven banking services. The Embedded Banking Service Domain focuses on exposing payments, cash management and account reporting capabilities through APIs, file-based integrations and partner interfaces, enabling our customers to embed banking services directly into their own systems and platforms. This is a significant change journey – and you will be at the centre of it. Working closely with international teams, you will influence strategic direction, strengthen architecture practices and contribute to long-term value creation for the bank.

Responsibilities
- Work with other architects, business and technology stakeholders on developing Architecture Visions and Target & Transition Architectures with a main focus on payments
- Support the execution structures and development teams with architecture and governance
- Join and/or run enterprise architecture assignments across Service Areas
- Represent Architecture in steering committees and governance forums
- Support PoC and procurement processes of new software/technology
- Manage architecture elements of new technology adoption processes
- Support and coach less senior architects
- Collaborate across all architectural disciplines and all abstraction levels
- Work with multiple business lines including embedded banking, payments data, and channels
Requirements
- Strong communication and cooperation skills in English
- Ability to interact with multiple organizational levels
- Bachelor's or Master’s in computer science, engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in architecture functions and payments domain
- Experience with Payment Platforms and Embedded Banking services
- Experience with API-based banking solutions and partner integrations
- Understanding of payments, cash management and reporting across channels and backends
