About the role

We are looking for workers for garden industry casual positions. Our client is a long-standing Finnish family business offering high-quality products that provide diverse, healthy local food from clean Finnish countryside. The job site is about a 30-minute drive from Turku. As a greenhouse worker you will be an important part of the team, contributing to plant cultivation, sowing and packing, with other duties including planting, trimming, bagging and other varying garden tasks. Work mainly in a 16–20 degree heated environment, physically demanding with repetitive tasks. You will need reliable transportation to the work site. The work language is Finnish or English, so we hope you have good Finnish or English skills. Shifts run year-round on available rolling shifts, typically Monday to Saturday from 05:00 to 15:30. We value initiative, attention to quality, and a readiness to learn and develop in the horticulture field. Prior experience is appreciated but training will be provided. We offer a pleasant and varied horticulture role in a Finnish family company with a positive atmosphere and cooperative culture, plus a thorough orientation, a tidy work environment and good colleagues. The wage under the Horticulture Collective Agreement is 10.18–12.29 €/h depending on competence and experience.
