General Practitioner

We are seeking a population-based general practitioner for the West Uusimaa area to work at several health centers. The role involves providing comprehensive general practitioner services to your assigned patient population, including patient visits, remote contacts, procedures, prescription work, statements, rehabilitation plans, and collaboration with other professionals. Sector work is negotiated per site. In the Pusula sub-area, the service also includes nurse and school/occupational health physician services. The position offers flexible daily schedules and a patient load that you determine based on the population you cover, enabling a good work-life balance. You will work in a team with a nurse and physician, with support from the welfare region’s multidisciplinary team; administration, invoicing, and other bureaucratic tasks are handled by the employer. The base salary is determined by the population responsibility, with additional procedure and outcome-based bonuses. Requirements include several years of experience as a general practitioner or specialization in family medicine.
