Excavator Operator

We are looking for excavator operators for Forssa. Our client is looking for excavator operators for a large worksite / long-term project. Our client carries out earthworks contracts throughout Finland. It has a versatile fleet and experienced personnel. Its projects include data centres, energy projects, ports, water-related sites, industrial areas, streets and roads, and foundation work for various commercial and industrial buildings. The worksite is due to start before the end of this year, so do not wait too long to decide. Positions will be filled as soon as suitable workers are found. Job description You will operate a versatile fleet and carry out, among other things, foundation work, soil replacement, site preparation, excavation for drainage and stormwater systems, earthworks for water-supply networks, road and yard structures, and cable routes. If you have the following, you may be the person we are looking for. To apply, you must have: - Construction-sector education — this is responsible work, so your basic education must be in order. - Several years of excavator experience (3D control is considered an advantage) — we are looking for a professional who can get the job done without needing supervision. - Valid professional cards (occupational safety, water safety and road safety). If you do not have them, you must obtain them before starting work. - Fluent Finnish and English — both are used as site management languages. - A strong work ethic — the work is independent and you are responsible for your own work. - Good social skills — you can get along with people even in tight spaces.
