A highly regulated sports betting and gaming business is experiencing high growth and looking to hire a Head of Marketing Compliance. This hire will have full ownership and ensure the business operates compliantly across regulated gambling markets, protecting the business, licenses, and players through proactive risk management. Day to day the role will include; continuing and developing the relationship with the ASA; translating CAP/BCAP amendments into practical guidance; setting and maintaining the standard for social, sponsorship and influencer content; reviewing high-risk placements; designing and running an approval process that protects the company; maintenance of approval logs and audit trails to UKGC/ASA standards. To be considered for this role you will possess; deep and current knowledge of gambling marketing compliance with direct experience of managing ASA contacts and rulings; strong working knowledge of the CAP Code 16.3.12; comfortable owning judgement calls under commercial pressure; confident operating at pace in a high-growth environment; sharp, commercial awareness.
