Multiservice Worker

Palveluyhdistys Kaseva ry is a Kaari-nalainen association providing around-the-clock communal housing services for residents with developmental disabilities, autism, and neurodiversity. WE ARE SEEKING A MULTISERVICE WORKER FOR THE PIRTA UNIT. We are looking for a fixed-term substitute until 31.3.2027. Work begins as agreed, with potential for continued employment after the substitute period. Interviews will be conducted during the application period. The position will be filled when a suitable candidate is found. Your duties include cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, kitchen support tasks such as receiving meals, heating and serving, and placing orders, laundry duties, implementing and following up self-monitoring, ordering and maintaining hygiene and cleaning supplies, and waste management. We expect a professional qualification in cleaning (institution cleaner or facilities cleaner) and experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks. Previous experience in kitchen and/or support services and work in a social and healthcare environment are considered an advantage. Possession of fluent Finnish and good interpersonal skills is required. We value initiative, responsibility, and willingness to improve residents’ wellbeing. The employer is reliable and respected. Salary is based on KVTES and Sote agreements. The base salary is 2391.06 €/month, with possible experience allowances as per collective agreement.
