Primary location: HUITTINEN We are seeking a part-time Sales Service Supervisor (35 h/week) for S-market Huittinen for a permanent employment contract. In the role of Sales Service Supervisor, you will work in varying shifts throughout the week, and the start date is by agreement. You will play an important role in the daily management of the unit, ensuring that the store's daily operations run efficiently and with a customer-centric approach. In your work, you will actively participate in customer service, sales, shelving, and other store maintenance tasks. The S-market Huittinen store also operates a food hall and an online grocery store. In your role, you will organize the shift, support and encourage your team in everyday situations, and promote a positive working atmosphere. The position requires flexibility, stress tolerance, and a positive attitude. We require expertise in the retail sector and an understanding of the fast-paced nature of a grocery store. We expect teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and a willingness to develop in daily management.
