We are seeking a systems supervisor for the electrical design department. You will be responsible for the design, sizing and procurement of the ship automation system. The role includes specifying and procuring sensors used in ship systems as part of the automation required devices on board. Tasks include creating design documents as well as preparing and evaluating tender inquiries and, for your area of responsibility, drafting the vessel's bill of details. You will communicate with the classification society and the client regarding your area of responsibility and maintain documentation in information management systems. You have relevant education as electrical engineer/MSc and several years of work experience. Knowledge of shipbuilding process is a plus. Successful performance requires methodical approach, good cooperation and interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure and flexibility. We offer a very interesting role in our company.
