Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a permanent Early Childhood Education Teacher for Maitorpant daycare in Vantaa, starting 1 September 2026 or by agreement. The daycare has four groups and operates in a quiet residential area. We actively use nearby playgrounds and take regular forest trips. The facilities support strong small-group activities in line with the early childhood education plan. We participate in the ProVaka model, which emphasizes positive feedback and inclusive practices. We offer a warm, relaxed work environment with professional conduct and a sense of humor. You will contribute to developing our culture and can share your expertise with colleagues. A full Sak-day is planned for the teaching schedule, and weekly Sak-time is allocated for all teachers. We value multilingualism, inclusion, positive pedagogy, active learning, movement and play. You will engage in pedagogical play and use photos to support communication. You will lead your own team and support children’s growth and well-being in a constructive, development-focused setting.
