Personal Assistant (On-Call)

We are hiring personal assistants for on-call work in the Jyväskylä area for Mehiläinen Kotipalvelut. What does a personal assistant do? As a personal assistant, your duties include helping clients with everyday tasks such as household chores, shopping and hobbies outside the home. The work is unhurried, and you can make a tangible difference to a client’s everyday life. We do not expect our personal assistants to have previous experience in assistant work, because attitude is what matters in this job! We take your preferences regarding shifts into account and always try to find assignments with the best possible transport connections for you. We also aim to find each employee familiar assistance clients for a longer period. We hope our assistants are reliable and able to commit to assistance work over a longer period. Work can be fun here, and we value developing the way we do things! Pay: We follow pay grade G16A of the private social services collective agreement. The G16A hourly rate is €13.20–€14.51 depending on years of experience, plus evening, weekend and public-holiday supplements. In an on-call employment relationship, holiday compensation of 9% of the hourly rate is also paid with the wages. Please submit your application through our recruitment system by 30 October 2026.
