We are hiring an experienced backend developer for our internal command center: the system of record for every GPU, node, rack, and cluster we operate. It tracks hardware lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning, real-time fleet health, capacity allocation across customers and pools, and how consumption reconciles against contracts and revenue. Every internal team will rely on what you build. Being the early backend hire means larger ownership and expectations. You will design and own the core domain models, event-driven workflows, and integrations against live infrastructure telemetry, provisioning, billing, and incident tooling, and you will set the engineering standards others will follow as the team builds out around you. We are looking for someone who reads that as an opportunity, not a warning. Your responsibilities include designing and building backend services, owning data modeling, building integrations, designing APIs, driving performance and reliability, raising standards in CI/CD, applying security principles, and collaborating with various teams.
