We are hiring a licensed healthcare assistant for a permanent position to work with clients in private home care. The role offers independence, flexibility, and being part of a supportive team. Responsibilities include ensuring clients’ daily wellbeing, administering medications (drug administration certificates are an asset), and providing individualized support in the client’s own home. Requirements include a completed healthcare assistant degree and registration with Valvira, hygienic certification, and preferably valid medication licenses. Proficiency in Finnish, prior home-care experience with elderly clients is welcome but not mandatory, empathy, client-focused approach, ability to work autonomously and responsibly, teamwork skills, and a driving license with own car preferred.
