We are seeking one early childhood education teacher for the Lystilä day care center in the under-3 group. Working hours vary on weekdays from 6:00 to 17:10. The team includes one other early childhood education teacher, one social service graduate in early childhood education and one child care worker. The center employs a total of ten early childhood education teachers, eight child care helpers, and two social service graduates, with additional staff including a broad-based special education teacher, a special needs assistant, and a helper. A developmental teacher is contracted temporarily from 4.5.2026 to 31.12.2026, and another temporary music-focused developmental teacher from 3.8.2026 to 31.12.2026. Start date is negotiable. The ProVaka model (positive group learning in early childhood education) started in Lystilä in August 2024. Lystilän day care is located near a shopping center with good transport links.
