HR trainee wanted to join our Turku team in Carrot Varsinais-Suomi Oy. This unpaid internship offers hands-on recruitment and HR tasks designed to build a strong foundation in human resources. The role includes supporting recruitment activities (processing applications, applicant communications and contacting candidates, and arranging job interviews), supervised yet progressively independent recruitment work on assignments (conducting interviews, preparing and delivering candidate presentations to client companies, arranging follow-up interviews, and maintaining contact with clients and applicants). It also covers lifecycle tasks related to temporary staff, such as preparing employment contracts, creating assignments and cost centers in HR systems, handling hourly and payroll materials, managing uniforms, and guiding employees on policies like sickness absence procedures. The internship targets university students in relevant fields who have a compulsory or optional internship component in their studies. It may be unpaid, but you will gain valuable experience in recruitment, HR tasks, and daily life in the personnel service sector.
