We are seeking a professional and service-minded SERVICE COUNTER SALESPERSON for our client in Kouvola. The role involves customer service and product sales at the service counter, preparation and presentation of products, fish filleting and other counter duties, advising customers and recommending products, planning and developing own recipes, and contributing to new product ideas and menus. The employee is expected to bring initiative, enthusiasm for creating new products and recipes, and a willingness to influence assortment. Previous experience at a service counter or similar roles, good Finnish language skills, strong filleting skills, customer-service mindset and a positive attitude, independent working style, and interest in product development are valued. Training in cooking is an asset. We offer a varied role in a pleasant work environment where you can utilise your expertise and influence what is offered at the counter. The position is for a fixed-term contract (6–12 months) with full-time hours in Kouvola. Salary is based on the collective agreement (TES). Applications start 19.08.2026 and end 13.09.2026.
