Senior Product Data Analyst at Grover Berlin HQ. You will be the primary data partner for the Acquisition and Retention domains, owning end-to-end A/B testing lifecycle and delivering deep-dive product insights to drive growth and customer loyalty. You will help define and socialize Grover\'s PI/KPIs, collaborate with Data Platform, Engineering, and Product teams to align technical solutions with business goals, and enable data-driven decisions across Product, Engineering and Design. The role requires strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and familiarity with experimentation platforms (Eppo). English communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration. Berlin-based, three days per week in the office (Tue–Thu).

- Own end-to-end A/B testing lifecycle using Eppo
- Provide strategic product insights and behavioural analysis
- Define and socialize KPIs/PIIs across stakeholders
- Collaborate with Data Platform, Engineering, and Product teams
- Drive high-impact use cases aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills
