Associate Trainee

Roschier is looking to hire Associate Trainees to join its practice teams in March 2027. Roschier is a leading law firm in the Nordic region with offices in Helsinki and Stockholm. We specialize in business law and cover a broad range of practice areas. The firm is well known for its excellent track record of advising on demanding international business law assignments and large-scale transactions. In total, Roschier currently employs some 500 staff members. Are you a law student interested in business law, and want to gain experience from working at a law firm? We are now looking to hire law students for the role as an Associate Trainee for a period spanning from March 2027 to September 2027. In the Associate Trainee program, you have the chance to apply your legal knowledge in practice in a challenging and ever-changing business law environment. All our trainees are part of the team from day one, taking responsibility and actively assisting our lawyers in client-related work and other matters. Our Associate Trainees have a similar job profile to Associates in the early stages of their careers, as the tasks may include drafting documents, making legal translations, or preparing problem-based analyses of the application of different laws.
