Pet Groomer

We are now seeking an experienced groomer to join Paw Boutique’s team on a contract-based agreement. Paw Boutique was founded originally in Haukilahti in 2023. We have developed a loyal client base, which has allowed us to expand to larger premises in Espoon Finnoo in July 2025. We expect: previous grooming experience; independent work style and customer service orientation; ability to handle animals calmly, gently and professionally; good team spirit, empathetic and positive attitude; entrepreneurial mindset. We encourage our contractors to be active on social media and we advertise their profiles on our site/socials. Currently two groomers work with us, one part-time. We are seeking a third, full-time, 4–5 days/week, and willing to work evening shifts between 13:00–22:00 and weekends at least once per month. We offer fully private grooming slots for clients on weekdays before 08:00 and after 18:00, and on weekends Sat-Sun +€30 surcharge. On Mondays we have a dog masseur visiting, so grooming slots may be opened to his calendar for now. Job duties: grooming dogs, bathing, breed-specific cuts, undercoat cleansing, nail trimming, spa treatments, thinning, customer service and managing own bookings.
