Healthcare Assistant

As our operations grow, we are now looking for a healthcare assistant to help create a better tomorrow for wonderful clients in Savonlinna and the surrounding area. Our team seeks a cheerful and social person whose heart is devoted to the well‑being of children and families. You can work autonomously and professionally in client care. Working hours vary based on families’ preferences and your availability. However, we expect you to be able to commit to regular weekly work. Your day as a healthcare assistant includes taking care of the child’s basic needs, hygiene and meals, playing, outdoor activities, or supporting activities. You may also care for sick or special‑needs children, and help families with tasks at home or cooking. We offer flexible, meaningful paid work: you influence your own hours and where you work; the role can suit studies or another job as well. You’ll have a supervisor supporting your work. We provide thorough onboarding before starting tasks; onboarding is paid and will be included with the first paycheck. We follow the Private Social Care Sector Collective Agreement and pay according to the agreement (pay grade G20C). ANNU Social Services was founded in 2023 by social and health care professionals.
