The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, 10+ years of experience in industrial construction or capital projects, proven track record in delivering large-scale manufacturing facilities, strong project management skills, deep understanding of industrial building systems, experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, familiarity with lean factory design, sustainability, and energy systems. Compensation includes a base salary of $147,000 - $210,000, stock options, benefits such as paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and 401K. The role emphasizes diversity and inclusion.
