Delivery Control Specialist

Job Description In this role, you will provide important support to the purchasing organization of Patria's Protected Mobility business area, and specifically to the purchasing component project manager. You will be responsible for monitoring deliveries, controlling delivery times, and producing information for the needs of projects and production. You will work in close cooperation with buyers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. Responsibilities At the core of your role is ensuring that materials arrive at production and projects on time. Your workday consists of order tracking, reporting, and close cooperation with various stakeholders. As a Delivery Control Specialist, you will be responsible for, among other things: - monitoring the delivery status of purchase orders - controlling delivery times and investigating deviations - analyzing the backlog together with buyers - reporting and producing information to support production and projects - supporting buyers in delivery tracking - conducting investigations related to deliveries and invoices - cooperating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
