Bartender

We are seeking an experienced shift manager / bartender for a permanent position in a cozy hotel dining and lounge restaurant in Korppoo. The employment is permanent and work can start by early October. We offer EPASSI to our employees. You are a seasoned professional in the restaurant sector who enjoys the island's unique atmosphere and willingly takes responsibility for the restaurant's day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who already has some experience in this line of work. The working languages are Finnish and Swedish. The summer season is busy, winter is quieter. In summer we serve numerous travelers and tourists in the archipelago, while in winter the hotel mainly houses and feeds work crews. Job scope and expectations: we seek someone who has the readiness and confidence to run the restaurant operations independently during their shift. The role combines the responsibilities of a shift supervisor with high-quality bar service. We expect: solid experience in the restaurant field; fluency in Swedish is an absolute requirement as we operate in a bilingual archipelago setting; ability to work independently and manage the restaurant's smooth day-to-day.
