Reception Shift Supervisor

We are offering a diverse front desk role at a boutique hotel in Pyhäntunturi, Lapland. The reception shift supervisor will be part of a small team at Sunday Morning Resort, working to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality guest service. The role includes front desk check-ins and check-outs, managing accommodation and activity reservations, handling payments (prepayments and on-site settlement), upselling services, OTA channel management, and collaboration with other departments. You will also supervise reception staff and assist the supervisor with administrative tasks as needed, especially during peak periods. The team consists of 2–3 reception clerks/shift supervisors, a concierge/guest relations staff member, and a reception supervisor. We value independent, responsible work and effective collaboration. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required; other languages are a plus. Hygienic and beverage service certificates are beneficial.
