He wrote: We are seeking a bilingual (Finnish and English) Early Childhood Education Special Education Teacher who is enthusiastic about development work and the field. The kindergarten operates eight groups, two of which are preschool groups. It is connected to the Vantaa International School, with up to 154 children. As a Special Education Teacher, you will assess children’s support needs, plan, implement and evaluate support in collaboration with other early childhood education staff. In the role you will support and guide the development of an inclusive culture in the unit together with the head of the kindergarten. You participate in guiding and evaluating processes for planning and evaluating support. The job emphasizes pedagogical expertise and close cooperation with various stakeholders. You work with staff of the unit, the kindergarten director, and various child and family service actors.
