Sales Assistant

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-develop salespeople for a permanent position as part of our motivating work community. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you are truly making a difference — you help secure homes, bring peace of mind to everyday life, and, at best, even save lives. The demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s most highly regarded service-based alarm system. Our clients’ Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8 / 5, which speaks to satisfied customers. Typical day in a nutshell: you work mainly on weekdays from 13:00 to 21:00. You can work full-time or part-time, i.e., three full workdays in a row. The day starts with your team at our sales office, where you train in sales steps under a supervisor and set the day’s goals. You head to residential neighborhoods with your supervisor, contact residents, and arrange appointments at their homes. You meet dozens of new people daily; this is active and mobile work, averaging over 10,000 steps per day. In clients’ homes you discuss how our service can secure their daily life; listening is as important as speaking. You handle sales; installation is managed by a separate team. In the evening you regroup with your team to review learnings and celebrate the day. This role develops skills in confidence, negotiation, and interacting with diverse people. Attitude is key: proactivity, courage and willingness to face challenges go far. We say door-to-door selling is the king of sales—if you succeed here, you’ll succeed anywhere. Our best salespeople earn over €6,000 per month; the average salesperson earns around €2,200. This year’s top monthly earnings have reached €10,250.
