We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher for Kielon päiväkoti in Vantaa. The role focuses on listening to children and guardians with a warm, professional approach, in a collaborative and innovative work community that values warmth, professionalism and teamwork. The key aim is to meet children and families sincerely and without rush, with attention to each child's needs individually and sensitively. The successful candidate will help create meaningful daily life for children and participate in joint activities with the group and the team. The daycare in Kielon is located in Tikkurila, Viertola district, with good transport connections; it forms part of a service unit including Lauhatien daycare. The staff work in a three‑carer model and value a straightforward attitude toward diversity among children and families. Some knowledge of another foreign language is appreciated.
