Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an early childhood education teacher for Havukallion day care center in Vantaa. The center is located in a nature-rich, forested residential area with good transport links. We emphasise play, inclusive practices, and language development in our pedagogy, and use ProVaka as a guiding model. The team includes an additional special education teacher and an innovation teacher to support child group pedagogy. The unit also hosts student teachers for field days. We value flexibility, collaborative teamwork, and a supportive atmosphere for both children and staff. The role involves working with multiple groups of children, contributing to a high-quality pedagogical environment, and participating in ongoing development with the staff.
