We are now looking for a sales-oriented sales assistant for Finlayson’s pop-up store from early November through the end of January 2027. There are 5–15 hours of work per week, and we also hope you are willing to work more hours when needed. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. The retail collective agreement applies, and pay is according to retail agreement pay group B, with pleasant evening and weekend supplements. Why Finlayson? As a sales assistant, your primary task is to ensure the best possible customer experience in every interaction. You will work in the store according to our concept. In addition to sales and customer service, your duties include displaying products, maintaining the general cleanliness of the store, opening and closing the store, and handling takings. The job also includes unloading deliveries, so you should be comfortable with physical work. You will serve customers expertly and kindly, recognising their needs, and support your team in achieving individual and shared goals through your solution-oriented example. In the Finlayson pop-up store, you will sell Vallila and Reino&Aino products as well as Finlayson products. We expect you to: - Take an independent, courageous and active approach to sales. - Be committed to working in line with the Finlayson brand and values. - Be able to work flexibly on weekdays and weekends. - Have good Finnish-language skills. - Have previous customer-service and cashier experience.
