Mechanical Fitter

The role involves mechanical installation of marine and power plant engines using modern methods in a clean work environment. You will take on varied and challenging installation tasks that give you opportunities to develop your skills within a professional team. The candidate should have a relevant professional qualification for the job and previous installation experience. Proficiency in reading drawings is important. A willingness to work in shifts is required. You understand the importance of your work as part of the team, and safety and quality are part of your working approach. A motivated and positive attitude is essential. The production work language is Finnish, and English is an advantage. The employment contract is with Barona Teollisuus Oy and initially fixed-term. For selected applicants, a security clearance will be conducted under Finnish law and a medical examination including a urine test.
