Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, strategy, and evolution of the design system across web and mobile surfaces
- Design and ship production-ready components with a high bar for craft
- Partner with frontend engineering to ensure design decisions translate into code
- Create documentation and usage guidance with best practices and decision frameworks
- Build governance models balancing system integrity with speed
- Conduct audits to improve component coverage and parity
- Lead the integration of AI-powered design tooling
- Evolve the system toward an agentic workflow
