Department Manager

Department Manager for the K-Citymarket Lappeenranta food department, Industrial section: brewery and frozen product groups. Full-time (37.5 hours/week). We seek a skilled product-group expert who will help ensure the store experience in Lappeenranta exceeds customer expectations. We will train and develop the right candidate for future challenges. Requirements include: a friendly customer-service attitude, positive and energetic mindset, a can-do attitude, fluent Finnish, ability to work across all days during broad store hours, strong knowledge of K-food store systems, experience as a product-group manager, good stress tolerance, and a desire to help develop an important product category with us. You will be at the frontline of Finnish retail, shaping customer experiences and influencing daily moments for individual customers.
