Assistant Store Manager

The job posting describes a permanent, full-time role as an assistant store manager at Sale Martti, Turku. The candidate will act as the right hand to the store manager, organizing operations through staff strengths, responding swiftly to changing conditions with a positive and professional approach, and leading by example in day-to-day store leadership. They will work across store tasks to ensure a high-quality customer experience, foster open communication within the team, and guide operations through proactive feedback. The role requires readiness to work according to store opening hours (6:00–23:00). Prior experience in retail management is expected; knowledge of store systems and cash handling is advantageous. Salary on this post is based on the Retail Industry collective agreement and task-based responsibility pay, with monthly pay between €2,255 and €2,564 depending on training and experience, with evening and weekend allowances. There are additional incentives, including a possible per-hour bonus up to €1.20.
