We are seeking a dedicated and development-oriented early years teacher for a permanent position in a newly renovated, modern kindergarten facility. The new, bright spaces provide an environment for high-quality early childhood education and an opportunity to help build a new operating culture for groups of children aged 1–5 years. In this nucleus there will be two kindergartens operating under one roof from 3 August 2026, enabling close collaboration, peer support and joint development. As an early years teacher, you will be responsible for creating your group’s operating culture and learning environment, planning pedagogical activities, implementing, developing and evaluating them, and supporting each child’s individual learning in accordance with the Espoo early childhood education and pre-primary education plan and the child’s Vasun. In your group you will work with another teacher and a day care assistant. You will have the opportunity to influence, develop and create with a skilled team. We aim to create everyday life where children’s joy, participation, reading and physical activity are visible every day. We have a supportive, collaborative and good-humoured work community. We believe the best learning experiences come from play, movement, togetherness and stories. Our daycare places strong emphasis on movement, reading and diversity. If you also want to work with these themes, we want to hear from you soon. Welcome to grow, develop and get excited with us.
