Physician

We are seeking a physician for a permanent position in Järvenpää. The role involves outpatient duties in our reception services, based on an autonomous team model where the physician is supported and not working alone, with the goal of continuity of care. The organization aims to provide expert services while considering patient needs and supporting resources. Our work is self-managed and supported by coaching leadership. You will have the support of all staff and regular weekly joint trainings and consultation hours in your own team, plus access to a wide physician pool and senior support.
