About the role
Lead a central role in the development and maintenance of our products. Responsible for the development and upkeep of 3D master models and participate in shaping design processes. As Chief Engineer you will combine strong design expertise, 3D know-how, product data management and development of new operating methods. This position is a new role at Carrus Delta Lieto, offering the chance to influence the job description itself. Your responsibilities include 3D master model development and maintenance, development and adoption of design automation, product change management and coordination, product data and BOM maintenance, evolving product management processes and tools, developing new technical solutions, continuous improvement of existing products, project management. We expect a design professional with solid understanding of product model management and modern 3D design, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead various projects. A willingness to learn, identify improvement points and proactive problem solving are valued.
