Product Portfolio Analyst

Senior Product Portfolio Analyst - Job Description: IFS builds enterprise software for energy, manufacturing, construction, aerospace and telecom sectors. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio management, product management, and financial planning, with AI-enabled workflows central to the role. You will use AI tools as your default, prototype and deploy reusable agents, data products and automated workflows that scale. You will report to IFS Product & Technology Strategy & Planning, and this is an individual-contributor role. You can be located in the UK, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden or Sri Lanka. Responsibilities include portfolio insight and decision enablement, predictive portfolio analysis, capital allocation and ROI, strategy support, root cause analysis, turning ambiguity into scalable capability, agentic enablement and enablement over control. Qualifications include experience in product operations, portfolio management or product management, financial fluency, and familiarity with modern AI tools; desirable experience includes building AI agents and software experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
