Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Hunaja Works in Turku, Finland. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building trusted client relationships, and helping customers find workforce solutions that fit their needs. You will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality service for both clients and temporary staff throughout the collaboration. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, developing existing relationships, mapping customer staffing needs, selling staffing and recruitment services, preparing offers, service packages and contracts, planning and conducting client meetings, identifying upsell opportunities, and participating in recruitment processes when needed. The ideal candidate has experience in the staffing industry, understands corporate staffing needs, and has a background in sales and regional business networks. We value initiative, collaboration, customer-centric mindset, and reliability. The position offers a chance to directly influence business growth in a growing team, with support from experienced sales colleagues and HR team. The role requires fluency in Finnish and strong English. Start date is agreed in autumn. Salary is defined based on skills and responsibilities.
