CNC Machinist

We are seeking a motivated and responsible CNC Machinist to join Componenta’s skilled and friendly team. We offer the opportunity to work for Finland’s leading contract manufacturer in the machine shop industry, where safety, quality and continuous development are the core pillars of our operation. The CNC Machinist responsibilities include machining large steel structures and machine shop products, finishing work, complying with quality requirements and inspecting products, and handling parts with crane and forklift. Work is performed independently, as part of a team; it is a full-time role in morning and evening shifts. From the applicant we expect training and/or experience with NC-controlled milling machines, programming and drawing-reading skills; CAD/CAM knowledge is a plus; safety awareness and Finnish language skills are required. The successful candidate is motivated, proactive and diligent, with problem-solving abilities and a willingness to contribute to our development. Work is generally in 2-shift mode, occasionally 3-shift. We require willingness to work shifts and good Finnish language skills.
