Security Guard

We are looking for part-time security guards for an on-site server center in Hamina. This international site offers an interesting environment to learn and experience new duties. You will play a key role in meeting our client with professional service and positive attitude. In this role you will be part of a large team whose common goal is to safeguard the client's staff and property. Your duties include inspections rounds, opening doors, escort tasks and other guard duties. We offer you extensive training for the role and after the training a supervisor will be available for support. The workplace fosters a friendly culture of helping. Employee wellbeing and fair treatment are of primary importance to us. The job is shift-based and mainly in 8 or 12-hour shifts. We value customer-oriented and proactive attitude, plus prior customer service experience. We require at least 18 years of age and a clean background, fluent Finnish and English in speaking and writing, and the ability to work night and weekend shifts. A second language is an advantage, as are previous security-related trainings and a valid security badge. The salary aligns with TES level III in the security sector.
