We are seeking a dedicated and motivated early childhood education childcare worker for Kilterin Daycare on a parental leave replacement from 10 Aug 2026 to 31 Dec 2026. The position is a three-shift role in a 24/7 daycare. The daycare provides varied pedagogical activities for children at all times of day, including evenings and weekends. Our approach emphasizes small-group pedagogy, child participation and being heard, and positive pedagogy. We value unhurried environments, opportunities for children to think and reflect, and the integration of information and communication technology, music, artistic expression and physical activity into daily routines. The Daycare employs 32 early childhood education staff and our team is relaxed, positive, capable and takes responsibility for everyday decisions. The location is in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, with modern single-level premises, a large gym, studio and nature-lab. Our large, two-story yard supports outdoor pedagogy. Seven child groups operate here.
