Construction Foreman

We are seeking construction foremen in Kuopio. This is an opportunity for early-career construction professionals who want to gain diverse experience in supervisory tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals. As a foreman you will oversee the smooth daily operation of your own area, ensure progress of work phases, meet schedules, promote safe work practices, and act as a link between workers and the rest of the organization. The role is in a three-shift system, so readiness for shift work is essential. We expect you to have training as a construction foreman or civil engineer; prior supervisory experience is a plus. The key are good communication skills, organizational ability, responsible attitude, and ability to work as part of a larger team.
