CNC machinist position in a serious and reputable machine shop in Parainen. We are currently seeking an experienced CNC machinist for a permanent contract. The employer is a financially stable, well-regarded workshop specializing in heavy steel structures and modern machinery. The company handles large assemblies for contract manufacturing projects for international markets, and prides itself on ability to manage large systems and manufacture massive parts. In this role you will join an experienced team that values craftsmanship and precision. You will work on medium-heavy to heavy parts machining, including CNC milling, threading and drilling, autonomous operation of Siemens controlled machines and setting adjustments, programming and changes (Siemens), quality assurance and documentation of manufacturing steps. Work is 2-shift. Requirements: several years of strong CNC machining experience (especially milling); proficient with Siemens control software; education in basic turning/machining or production technology; careful, able to work independently from drawings and understand quality in heavy machining.
