Coordinator - Personal Service & Banking

We are currently looking for a coordinator for Personal Service & Banking in Mariehamn. The role is part of a team with a central role within the Åland Islands business area. You will work closely with our account managers and handle cases related to savings, investments, management, financing, law and daily banking. The core of the role is to support our lawyers by coordinating and driving matters in a correct, efficient and professional manner. A large part of the work consists of administration, coordination and case handling where structure, accuracy and good judgement are essential. The role also involves ongoing contact with customers and collaboration with several different functions within the bank and external actors. You will become an important part of our team and help create smooth processes and a high level of service for both customers and colleagues. We are looking for someone who: - Has an interest in legal services and legal questions. Experience or education in law is meritorious. - Expresses themselves fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. - Enjoys administrative tasks and works in a structured, precise and high-quality way. - Is able to collaborate and build good relations with colleagues, customers and external partners. - Is responsible, capable of prioritising and seeing the bigger picture and ensuring tasks and matters are followed up and completed. - Is flexible and comfortable in a daily life where conditions can change quickly and several matters need to be handled in parallel. - Maintains calm and focus even during periods of high tempo.
